I’m experimenting with some fancy cake decorating and I really want to incorporate some pansies or violas that are safe for consumption. I’m worried about buying from a regular nursery because of potential pesticides. Does anyone have a recommendation for a certified organic supplier or where to buy edible flowers that are specifically grown for culinary use?
