I’m planning to plant Emerald Blue creeping phlox in my garden—what is the maximum size of Emerald Blue creeping phlox, and how wide or tall does it usually grow over time? 🌸

Hi, I've had experience with Emerald Blue Creeping Phlox. While it's generally considered a compact ground cover, its maximum size can vary depending on conditions. In ideal conditions with regular watering and pruning, it can spread up to 18-24 inches wide and 6-8 inches tall. However, it can also be kept smaller through regular trimming.

Emerald Blue Creeping Phlox typically grows about 4 to 6 inches tall and spreads up to 18 to 24 inches wide. This low-growing perennial forms a dense mat of foliage and vibrant blue flowers in spring. The maximum size of Emerald Blue Creeping Phlox makes it ideal for ground cover, rock gardens, and garden borders.
