How do I propagate a pilea plant successfully?

My pilea plant has started producing small offshoots. What’s the best way to separate and grow them into new plants?

In order to make a Pilea plant propagate, use healthy stem or leaf cuttings and cut off several nodes. Sow them in water or wet soil until they grow roots, which normally takes 2-4 weeks. Keep in bright, indirect light and have moderate humidity. When roots are formed, it can then be transplanted into a well-draining soil pot to continue its growth.

"I've had great luck propagating my Pilea by stem cuttings! Cut a 4-6 inch section from a healthy stem, remove lower leaves, and dip the base in rooting hormone. Plant it in moist soil, and keep it in a warm, bright spot with high humidity. Roots should start to develop within 2-3 weeks. Good luck, and happy planting!"
