What Vegetables Have Protein

I’m looking for vegetables that have a good amount of protein. Which ones should I include in my diet? Any suggestions would be helpful.
 
If you’re looking to add some protein from veggies, a few good ones are lentils, chickpeas, green peas, spinach, broccoli, and Brussels sprouts—lentils and chickpeas are especially high compared to most vegetables. I usually add peas or spinach to my meals when I want a quick protein boost without overthinking it, but keep in mind veggies alone won’t match meat or eggs, so it helps to mix a few for better intake.
 
Lentils and chickpeas are your best bet if you're serious about protein, but peas, spinach, broccoli, and edamame are solid everyday options too, just mix a few together since no single veggie is going to cover you on its own.
