I’m planning to start working out at home and want to keep things simple without buying too much equipment. I’ve heard basics like dumbbells, resistance bands, and a yoga mat are enough to begin with since they support full-body workouts and flexibility training. For those who’ve already set up a beginner home gym, what essentials did you actually use the most? Are there any items worth adding or skipping for a small space?
