What Are the Most Famous Gothic Flowers?

I am planning to come up with a moody kind of garden based on dark purple, dark red and black. What are other impressive plants that will meet this aesthetic besides the obvious dark roses? I am seeking objects that have unusual forms or attractive textures that flower during the summer.

Gothic flowers are known for their dark, moody, and dramatic colors. The most famous examples include Black Baccara Roses, Chocolate Cosmos, and Queen of Night Tulips, which appear nearly black. Other popular choices are Purple Hellebores and Bat Orchids. These plants are often used in themed gardens or Victorian-inspired floral arrangements to create a sense of mystery, elegance, and "dark romance" in the landscape.

The most famous Gothic flowers include black roses, dark red lilies, night-blooming cereus, hellebores, and black dahlias. These flowers symbolize mystery, elegance, and melancholy, often used in Gothic art, fashion, and moody garden designs.
