I'm creating a wildlife-friendly garden and looking for flowers that start with J that attract birds, bees, or butterflies. Jasmine and Joe-Pye Weed came up in my research. Are there other J-named flowers that are great for pollinators and easy to grow without much maintenance?

If you are looking for beautiful flowers that start with the letter J, you have a few options to choose from like Jasmine, Johnny Jump Up, Japanese Anemone, Jacob's Ladder, and Joe-Pye Weed. Joe-Pye Weed however stands out from the rest as it is highly recognized for bringing in a variety of butterflies, bees, and other pollinators due to its nectar-rich flowers. Jasmine is known for its ability to allure moths and bees, while Japanese Anemone and Johnny Jump Up can attract bees and small beneficial insects. When it comes to wildlife activity, Joe-Pye Weed is definitely a top contender in pollinator-friendly gardens.

Jasmine, Jonquil, Japanese Anemone, Jacob's Ladder and Jupiter's Beard are all flowers that begin with the letter J. Jasmine and Jupiter's Beard are good for attracting wildlife (bees and butterflies) and Japanese Anemone is good for pollinators late in the season. Jacob's Ladder can provide early bees with nectar as well.
